Exchange Only – No Returns

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy (no returns).

• You may exchange with any other product from our collection (subject to availability).

• Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

During Sale Periods

• Only exchanges are allowed; no returns or credit notes.

If You Receive a Damaged Product

• In case of any damage or defect, we require a clear unboxing video as proof, starting from the unopened package.

• Without this, we may not be able to process the exchange or issue a credit note.

When Product Is Unavailable

• A credit note will be issued if the desired product is unavailable.

• Credit notes are valid for 1 to 2 months from the date of issue.

• Expired credit notes cannot be extended.

Return Pickup Option

• We can arrange a pickup from your address; pickup charges apply.

• You may also choose to send the item back yourself.
